Salon Policies
• A client consultation form must be completed before your first appointment (sent by email prior).
• I do not infill work from other nail techs — all foreign work must be fully removed.
• Please discuss intricate or detailed nail designs before your appointment.
• Select all services when booking (e.g. extensions + nail art) to allow enough time. If services aren’t selected, I may be unable to complete them.
• Please attend appointments alone unless agreed in advance — my space is small with no waiting area. (No plus ones, children or animals)
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment.
• No treatment will be carried out on nails with fungal or bacterial infections. Treatment can resume once fully cleared.
• High hygiene standards are maintained, with disposable files and buffers used for each client. However, I cannot be held responsible for infections.
• No service will be done on under 16’s without parental consent and myself agreeing to the service
Cancellations & Late Policy
• 48+ hours’ notice is required to cancel or change your appointment.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: charges may apply(£20fee or full payment charge to card if £20 fee is not paid).
• No-shows: full payment will be required for the missed appointment, and future bookings will require full prepayment.
• A 15-minute grace period applies. After this, the appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
•No deposit is required at the time of booking. However, clients must provide valid card details, which will be held securely on file. (I can’t access these details to see any card info, this information is held securely by Jena)
Appointments & Aftercare
• Appointment times may vary.
• Nail designs cannot be redone due to a change of mind.
• Repairs for lifting or chipping are free within 72 hours. After this, repairs will incur a charge.
• I will check in with you throughout your appointment regarding shape, length, and colour — please raise any concerns during your appointment.
• No refunds are offered, but any issues can be fixed at the time of your appointment.
