A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total on the day. Booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
You will be sent a consultation form via email based on your selected service. This must be completed prior to your appointment.
Appointments can be rescheduled via the booking site with 48+ hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new booking fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment. Until this is paid, you will not be able to book future appointments.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.
Please attend your appointment alone — no plus ones, children, or pets unless agreed in advance.
Ensure you book the correct service. For example, if you book plain colour but request French or nail art, there may not be enough time to accommodate this.
I do not infill work from other salons. Please book a removal if you currently have another technician’s work.
If you have had my work on for longer than 4 weeks and there is lifting, please book a removal and new set.
Remaining balances can be paid in cash (correct amount only, no change available) or via Apple Pay / Google Pay.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment.
No treatments will be carried out on nails showing signs of fungal or bacterial infections. Services can resume once the condition has fully cleared.
High hygiene standards are maintained, with disposable files and buffers used for each client. However, I cannot be held responsible for any infections.
No services will be carried out on anyone under 16 without parental consent and my approval.
Appointment times may vary.
Nail designs cannot be changed once completed due to a change of mind. I will check in with you throughout your appointment regarding shape, length, and colour — please raise any concerns during your appointment.
Repairs for lifting or chipping are free within 72 hours. After this period, repairs will be chargeable.
No refunds are offered. Any issues must be raised during your appointment so they can be corrected at the time.
