 Appointments

• Complete a client consultation form before your first treatment (sent prior to your appointment).

• I do not infill nails done by other technicians; they must be fully removed first.

• Discuss intricate nail designs before your appointment.

• Select all services when booking (e.g., extensions + nail art) so enough time is allocated. If not selected, I may be unable to complete them.

• No walk-ins.

• Attend appointments alone unless agreed beforehand (home salon, no waiting area).

• I reserve the right to cancel or decline any appointment.

• No treatment on nails with fungal or bacterial infections; treatment only after infection is cleared.

• While I maintain high hygiene standards, I cannot be held responsible for infections. Disposable files/buffers are used for each client.

• A deposit may be requested to secure your booking (non-refundable).

• Cancellations:

• 24+ hours notice: deposit can transfer to another date.

• Less than 24 hours: deposit lost, new deposit required to rebook.

• No-shows: future bookings require full prepayment.

• 15-minute grace period; after this, appointment is cancelled as a no-show.

• Appointment times may vary.

• Nail designs cannot be redone due to change of mind.

• Repairs for chipping/lifting free within 72 hours; after this, repairs incur a cost.

• Raise any concerns during your appointment; I do not issue refunds but can fix issues at the time.
